In terms of meals you can spend less than that. You can shop at the supermarket Lidl and Pingo Doce. Dia is a supermarket that can be cheap but the quality can sometimes be doubtful. There is one hostel that has a special price for people that come to study in Lisbon (I stayed there. The staff is amazing and they will help you a lot with finding a place).
